Corporate Engagement
Corporate Engagement
From volunteering to sponsorship, your company can make an impact!
Michigan Humane’s mission goes beyond adoptions—we’re here to protect and care for animals across Southeast Michigan when they need us most. From rescuing pets in crisis to providing shelter, medical care, and support for pet owners, we’re committed to building a safer, more compassionate community.
By engaging with our corporate giving programs, you are improving the lives of pets and their families while connecting your organization to a worthy cause that so many people in our region are passionate about. Our corporate partners give back to community by donating time and resources to Michigan Humane through volunteer opportunities, sponsoring an event or program, employee giving programs, or by hosting a fundraiser.
Partnering with Michigan Humane creates goodwill and a positive image within our community while making an impactful difference in the lives of animals and families in need. Corporate partnerships present a unique opportunity to support community, engage employees, and to be recognized as a leader in corporate social responsibility.
Ways to get involved

Purrfect Bow Wow Brunch
The Purrfect Bow Wow Brunch in partnership with Fox Subaru Macomb is an annual celebration of the daily impact made by Michigan Humane across our region, state, and country. Attended by more than 650 supporters, this signature fundraising event will be held in Detroit’s Eastern Market Shed 5 featuring a cocktail reception, silent auction, mission experiences, and adoptable animals, followed by a multi-course brunch, stage presentation and mission update, entertaining live auction, and an opportunity to contribute through a paddle raise special ask. Sponsorship Opportunities.
Corporate Volunteer Opportunities
Michigan Humane is pleased to welcome corporate partners to our shelters and pet food pantry for a half day of service in support of shelter animals and pets in our community. Volunteering with us helps employees build relationships with their team, instills pride and improves company culture, and establishes goodwill in the community. We welcome all animal lovers who are ready to roll up their sleeves for a morning of philanthropy and fun.

Host a Fundraiser
From workplace challenges and giving campaigns, to bake sales and donation drives, to a portion of sales, our corporate, restaurant and retail partners have found creative ways to make a difference for animals in need. We look forward to brainstorming the best way to partner in support of Michigan Humane’s work. Every dollar you raise keeps tails wagging, bowls full, and shelter doors open.
