Appointment Deposit Policy

Michigan Humane requires a $50 deposit to book an appointment for spay/neuter of dogs, cats or rabbits or a $100 deposit to book a dental procedure appointment. If an appointment is missed or rescheduled with less than two business days of notice, the deposit will be forfeited. If you need to reschedule your appointment with more than two business days of notice to our clinic, the deposit can be moved to the future appointment. The deposit will be accepted by debit or credit card over the phone at the time the appointment is scheduled. Appointments will not be scheduled without an appointment deposit.  Once paid, the deposit is non-refundable.

Michigan Humane now offers home delivery options for pet medication through our online pharmacy for our existing vet clients.
