Safety Net Fostering through Michigan Humane

Our program is designed to provide short term housing for eligible animals in need of temporary care, all with the goal of reuniting the owner with their pet(s)! Being a safety net foster gives you the opportunity to care for an animal during a short period when the owner can’t care for their pet due to an emergency. Ultimately your help allows a family to stay together. 

Michigan Humane provides all resources to care for the foster animal including food, crate, litter box, veterinary care and more. Offering these services to animals empowers human survivors to seek safety.
